Oyerinde Oke – Managing Partner

  • Oyerinde, a seasoned Chartered Accountant, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria[CITN].
  • While at KPMG Audit [where he worked for 12 years between 1991 and 2003], he won merit awards and was exposed to extensive client services experience covering auditing, accounting, taxation,  investigation, business recovery, consulting and financial advisory in various sectors of the Nigerian economy .
  • He holds a Distinction in Business Administration from The Polytechnic Ibadan and was best overall graduating Student of the School 1987/1988 Session.
  • He joined DHL International Nigeria Limited in March 2003 and left in October 2010 after working as the Internal Audit Manager, Customer Accounting Manager and the Treasury/Accounting Manager. He has acted as an external/internal auditor over the years at both the middle and senior levels; this has broadened his experience in the accountancy profession. He has over 33 years experience in the audit/accountancy profession.

Ebele Eghobamien – Senior Partner

  • Ebele has worked for several establishments where she has gained extensive industry experience. She worked in KPMG Audit for 7 years where she handled various client services experience such as auditing, accounting, investigation, training in various sectors of the Nigerian economy. She subsequently moved into the telecommunications industry to Econet Wireless (now Airtel) where she worked for over 6 years.
  • She also presented papers in a number of conferences worldwide on Interconnect and Roaming services.
  • She has worked extensively in collaboration with Sirius Associates in providing IFRS conversion and training services for several companies.
  • She is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria[CITN].
  • She has over 33 years experience in the audit/accountancy profession.

Rotimi Gansallo– Senior Associate

  • Rotimi is an experienced finance and accounting professional with over 33 years experience in the areas of financial accounts, management accounts, internal control, risk analysis and management and general management across construction, manufacturing and professional services.
  • Started his accounting career with KPMG Audit before moving to Air Liquide Nig Plc, a multinational gas producing company as the regional accountant in charge of Port Harcourt area. He also worked with Dekit Construction Limited a leading indigenous construction company rising to the post of the group head of accounts and logistics.
  • He holds a Distinction in Statistics from Yaba College of Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology. He was best Graduating Student, Department of Mathematics & Computer Science, Yaba College of Technology 1988/89 Session.

  • He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria[CITN].
